Advised Castleton Resources, a Houston, TX based, privately held oil and gas operator, on its acquisition of Range Resources’ Terryville Assets. As part of the transaction, Castleton Resources will change its name to “TG Natural Resources LLC” by late March 2021. Range Resources (NYSE: RRC) is a Fort Worth, TX based E&P company with primary operations in the Marcellus Shale formation.
Woodward’s renewable power systems and protective relays business
Advising Woodward, a leading designer, manufacturer, and service provider of control solutions for the aerospace and industrial markets, on the divestiture of select assets related to its renewable power systems and protective relays businesses to Aurelius Equity Opportunities
Wireless Infrastructure Group Limited
Advised 3i Infrastructure plc on the sale of Wireless Infrastructure Group Limited, a leading independent telecommunications infrastructure provider focusing on mobile towers and indoor connectivity
Controlling ownership interest in CrossAmerica Partners LP
Advised Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc., a multinational convenience store operator, on the strategic review and subsequent sale of its controlling ownership (which included 100% of the general partner interest, 100% of the incentive distribution rights and ~7.5mm limited partner units) in CrossAmerica Partners LP (NYSE: CAPL), a leading wholesale fuels distributor and convenience store lessor in the United States

Advised the independent Restructuring Committee of American Energy – Permian Basin (formerly known as Sable Permian Resources) in connection with its $2.2bn out-of-court recapitalization transaction
Olifant Energy, LLC
