Advised Compaq on the purchase, for cash and stock, of Digital, a maker of PCs and high performance servers and a provider of enterprise solutions and multi-vendor services. The acquisition is the largest technology transaction to date and creates the second largest enterprise computing company in the world
Advised the official committee of bondholders of Marconi, a leading telecom equipment provider, on the financial restructuring of Marconi's £4 billion of externally held financial indebtedness
Advised The Bank of New York Mellon in its role as the Indenture Trustee to selected First Lien Notes throughout Avaya’s Chapter 11 proceedings
ASML Holding NV (minority stake)
Advised the Supervisory Board of ASML on the establishment of a Customer Co-Investment Program including the issue of 23% equity stake and $1.7 billion of R&D funding
