James C. Stewart To Join Greenhill As Managing Director; Greenhill To Open Los Angeles Office

New York, April 1, 2009 – Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that James Stewart, 43, who has been Managing Director, Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure at UBS Investment Bank in Los Angeles, will join Greenhill as a Managing Director. In connection with that, Greenhill will open a Los Angeles office focused on gaming, lodging and leisure clients as well as other major companies in that region.
