Greenhill established its presence in the United States in January 1996 with the opening of our office in New York. Greenhill further expanded its U.S. presence with the opening of Chicago and San Francisco offices in 2008 and the Houston office in 2009.

Advised Kidman Resources Limited, an ASX-listed hard rock lithium mining company with a 50% interest in the West Australian Mt. Holland lithium project, on a lithium hydroxide offtake agreement with Tesla, Inc., a global leader in electric vehicle, energy storage and solar panel design, development and manufacturing.
