Greenhill established its presence in the United States in January 1996 with the opening of our office in New York. Greenhill further expanded its U.S. presence with the opening of Chicago and San Francisco offices in 2008 and the Houston office in 2009.

Advised Masco Corporation, a leading global provider of home improvement and building products, on the tax-free spin-off of its Installation Services business

Advised Dometic Group AB, a portfolio company of EQT, on its acquisition of Atwood Mobile Products, a global manufacturer of appliances and hardware for the RV, On-/Off-Highway and Marine industries

Voya Financial, Inc.

Advised the Independent Committee of the Board of Directors of Voya Financial, Inc. in connection with Voya Financial, Inc.’s repurchase of 7.7mm shares (aggregate repurchase of $300mm) from ING Groep N.V.

MannKind Corporation

Advised MannKind, a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of therapeutic products for patients with diabetes, on a collaboration with Sanofi, comprising licensing, supply and loan facility agreements with respect to licensing the Company’s lead product AFREZZA. MannKind will receive up to $925 million in upfront and milestone payments plus 35% of future profits.
