NEW YORK, December 13, 2018 – Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that Jonathan Dann will join the Firm in London as Managing Director focused on the telecom and communication infrastructure sector.
Mr. Dann has more than twenty years of experience in the telecommunications sector. He has been a Managing Director and Head of Telecoms and Communications Infrastructure research at RBC for more than four years covering European and Latin American companies. Prior to that from 2009 to 2014 he was Managing Director and Head of Telecommunication equity research at Barclays. From 2002 until 2009 he was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns where he led the European Telecoms equity research efforts, including co-leading a successful merger of the respective JP Morgan and Bear Stearns Telecoms equity research franchises during the wider group combination. He began his career in 1996 in investment management at the Universities Superannuation Scheme.
