New York, August 19, 2008 – Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that James Flicker will join the Firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Flicker, who led the Global Paper & Forest Products group at Citigroup, will focus on that same sector at Greenhill.
Mr. Flicker, 43, has 20 years of Wall Street experience, 15 of which has been focused on the paper and forest products sector, initially as an equity research analyst and later as an investment banker at UBS and Citigroup.
