Greenhill & Co., Inc., (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that Jacob Bier has agreed to join the Firm effective January 1, 2015, as a Senior Advisor to assist in the expansion of the Firm’s client relationships in the Nordic region, with particular emphasis on Denmark.
Mr Bier has been a senior lawyer at Plesner, a leading law firm in Denmark, where he spent 28 years advising corporate clients, state-owned enterprises, foundations and financial sponsors on corporate transactions.
