New York, New York, July 7, 2014---Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL), a leading independent investment bank, announced today that Carlo Bosco has joined the Firm as a Principal in the Restructuring Group in London.
Mr. Bosco is an experienced investment banker with more than 8 years of restructuring experience, most recently as a Director in Lazard in New York. During his career at Lazard he worked in the U.S. and Europe on more than 20 closed restructuring and distressed M&A transactions across a wide variety of sectors including financial institutions, energy, real estate, retail, technology and media. Mr. Bosco will work closely with Gareth Davies, who is responsible for the European Restructuring Group.
