An Associate position at Greenhill offers the opportunity to work in the Firm’s merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing and capital raising practices. Greenhill also offers summer Associate opportunities for graduate business school students in the summer before their final year.

Positions Available
Associate positions are available in the Firm’s New York, Chicago, Frankfurt, Hong Kong, Houston, London, Melbourne, San Francisco, Stockholm, Sydney, and Toronto offices. The majority are full-time opportunities, although there are a limited number of summer Associate opportunities available, primarily in the North American offices.

How to Apply
New York, Chicago, Houston, San Francisco and Toronto Offices
Greenhill’s North American-based offices offer both full-time and summer Associate opportunities. Greenhill conducts interviews at a limited number of U.S. graduate business schools. Interviews for full-time positions are generally conducted in September and October, while interviews for summer positions typically take place in January and February.

London Office
Greenhill’s London office offers full-time Associate positions for candidates with 3-5 years of experience working in M&A, investment banking, or other relevant sectors. Candidate applications are evaluated in a proactive manner and exceptional candidates are invited to interviews with members of the Greenhill London team.
Frankfurt Office
Greenhill’s Frankfurt office offers full-time Associate positions. We actively consider direct applications from outstanding candidates from graduate business schools worldwide.
The interviewing process is based at our offices in Frankfurt although to maximize candidates’ convenience there may be an opportunity for initial interviews to take place in London if appropriate.
