Jeffrey Wasserstein

Mr. Wasserstein joined Greenhill in 2012. He principally advises clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, specialty pharma and generic sectors.

Prior to joining Greenhill, Jeff was a senior executive in corporate development and commercial operating roles for a series of global pharmaceutical companies including Nycomed, Fougera, Dr. Reddy’s and Schering-Plough. Prior to that, he practiced M&A and securities law at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in New York. He has over 35 years of experience in healthcare M&A, including licensing, joint ventures and other partnering as both an M&A advisor and principal.

Jeff holds a JD from the New York University School of Law and a BA from Franklin & Marshall College.
