Jarrad Cooper

Mr. Cooper joined Greenhill in 2012. He is principally focused on advising on M&A, capital markets and strategic advisory assignments, across a wide range of industries for public, private and government clients in Australia.

Prior to joining Greenhill, Jarrad was a lawyer in the Corporate M&A team at Allen & Overy in Sydney.

Jarrad holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a LLB with honours from the University of New South Wales.
