Mr. Spencer joined Greenhill in 2018. He principally advises clients on public and private transactions across strategic advisory, M&A and capital markets.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Charles spent 9 years in the Industrials and Business Services teams at Rothschild in London and New York.
Charles holds an MA (Oxon) in Economics & Management from Pembroke College, University of Oxford.
