Shareholders, employees and others may contact the Board of Directors of Greenhill & Co. by writing to the Board of Directors, either in your name or anonymously, by sending a letter c/o:

If you wish to contact any of the non-management members of the Board of Directors, please mark your letter to the attention of the individual member you wish to contact or simply indicate that your letter is addressed to the “Independent Members of the Board of Directors.”

If you wish to contact the Audit Committee or the Chairman of the Audit Committee, please mark your letter to the attention of the Audit Committee or the Chairman of the Chairman of the Audit Committee. The Chairman of the Audit Committee is independent and not an employee of the Company.

You can choose not to include your return address if you wish to remain anonymous. However, messages submitted without return addresses cannot receive a reply.

The Secretary of the Corporation will sort mail addressed to the Board and forward such mail only to the intended recipients. Directors may, in their discretion, forward mail to members of the Company’s management and seek their assistance in responding to or addressing matters raised in such correspondence.
