Mr. Barber joined Greenhill in 2017. He principally advises clients in the global mining and energy sectors in addition to leading Canadian companies across all sectors.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Tom was Global Head of Natural Resources at Nomura. Prior to that, he held similar leadership positions in the mining and broader natural resources sector at Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley where he founded the Global Mining Group and was President of Morgan Stanley Canada.
Tom holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto.
