Mr. Lieb joined Greenhill in 2005. He principally advises clients in the REIT / real estate sector.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Richard spent more than 20 years with Goldman Sachs, where he headed its real estate investment banking group from 2000 to 2005.
Richard currently serves on the Board of Directors for Avalon Communities, CBL Properties, Domio, iStar and VEREIT.
Richard holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Wesleyan University.
