Mr. Sears joined Greenhill in 2018. He principally advises U.S. and multinational clients across a range of industrial sectors and business services end markets.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Newton was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in the Diversified Industries group where he focused on a range of M&A and capital markets advisory work.
Newton holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
