Minoru Koshibe

Mr. Koshibe joined Greenhill in 2020.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Minoru had a distinguished career as an Executive Vice President at Mitsui Chemical, where he worked for 39 years. During his time at Mitsui, Minoru developed the Direct Oxidation MMA Production Process in partnership with Kuraray Co. and contributed to numerous other areas of the company’s growth. He was also involved in various cross-border transactions. He served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Heraeus Kulzer GmbH (currently Kulzer GmbH) from 2014 to 2017 after the carve-out acquisition of Kulzer Dental from Heraeus. Minoru currently serves as a Consultant for LOTTE Corporation, a Senior Advisor for The Carlyle Group, an Executive Advisor for Daicel Corporation, and Specially Appointed Professor for Osaka University.
Minoru holds an MA and a BA from Osaka University’s School of Science.
