Karim Nasr

Mr. Nasr joined Greenhill in 2020. He principally advises clients in the EMEA Financing Advisory and Restructuring practice.

Prior to joining Greenhill, Karim spent 9 years in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey in London and Dubai, where he worked across a wide spectrum of special situations, restructuring and financing transactions.

He has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating and modelling credit transactions for stakeholders spanning the capital structure and across a variety of jurisdictions, including both developed and emerging markets.

Karim holds an B. Sc. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
