Mr. Ephraim joined Greenhill in 2015 as part of Greenhill’s acquisition of Cogent Partners.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Erich was a part of Cogent Partners since 2007. Prior to joining Cogent Partners, he was the CFO for Tolleson Wealth Management and Tolleson Private Bank, where he oversaw accounting for the organization as well as for various affiliated fund-of-funds and special purpose entities.
Erich holds an MS in Accounting and a BS in Accounting from the University of North Texas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation.
