Mr. Grubb joined Greenhill in 2006. He principally advises clients on M&A, financing and restructuring transactions.
Chris previously served as Greenhill’s Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2016. Prior to joining Greenhill, Chris was in the leveraged finance and restructuring group at UBS.
Chris holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from Cornell University.
