Mr. Boucher joined Greenhill in 2020. He principally advises clients on public and private transactions across strategic advisory, M&A and capital markets.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Arnaud was an Executive Director at Nomura, where he spent 6 years. Prior to that, he worked at Leonardo & Co., both in France and Italy.
Arnaud holds a degree from the Paris Dauphine University and from the Bocconi University in Milan.
