Mr. Chandiramani joined Greenhill in 2018. He principally advises clients in financing advisory and restructuring.
Prior to joining Greenhill, Vinod was a Research Analyst at Marblegate Asset Management focused on activist investing in distressed or special situation opportunities. Prior to that, Vinod was a founding member of Octagon Credit Opportunities, an affiliate of CCMP Capital Advisors and Octagon Credit Investors, focused on distressed-for-control investment opportunities. Previously, he was a Vice President in the Debt Advisory and Restructuring Group at Rothschild.
Vinod holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a BA from the University of Michigan.
