Gregory Miller Joins Greenhill & Co.

new York, NY, March 10, 2004 – Greenhill & Co., LLC, a leading independent investment banking firm, announced today that Gregory R. Miller has been appointed Managing Director and Member of the Firm.

Robert F. Greenhill, Chairman and CEO of Greenhill, said, “We are very pleased that Greg Miller, who has a wealth of investment banking and M&A experience advising media companies involved in complex transactions, will be joining Greenhill. We expect that he will contribute significantly to our capability in that sector.”

Mr. Miller, 38, joins Greenhill from Credit Suisse First Boston (New York) where he was a Managing Director in the Media & Telecommunications Group, part of that firm`s Corporate & Investment Banking Department. Mr. Miller joined Credit Suisse First Boston in 1987 and has been specializing in media transactions since 1993. Over the last decade, he has worked on numerous advisory assignments for a wide range of domestic and international media companies, particularly in the global publishing and information services sector.

Mr. Miller received his JD from Yale Law School in 1993, having graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in English (Summa Cum Laude) in 1987. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers, which administers the Scholastic Art & Writing Awards, and he serves on the Painting and Sculpture Committee of the Whitney Museum of American Art.
