New York, January 16, 2013 — Greenhill & Co., Inc. (NYSE: GHL) today reported total revenues of $287.2 million and net income allocated to common stockholders of $46.7 million for the year ended December 31, 2013. Diluted earnings per share were $1.55 for the year ended December 31, 2013.
