Mr. Jackson had been an investment banker with Lehman Brothers for 9 years. Prior to working at Lehman, he worked at Bank of America and practiced corporate law. He has focused on mergers and acquisitions for industrial companies.
Mr. Roehm had been an investment banker with Lehman Brothers for 8 years. Previously, he spent 5 years with JP Morgan. He has focused on capital equipment and machinery companies.
Scott L. Bok, Co-Chief Executive Officer, said, “The current market turmoil creates a unique opportunity to further expand Greenhill’s scope and capabilities. Having a substantial team focused on companies in various industrial sectors, as well as on major companies based in the Midwest, is a natural extension for Greenhill. This group will bring us to 49 Managing Directors, an increase of 40% just this year, based in 8 offices around the world. Over time, we intend to expand client coverage to all important industry sectors and all important geographic regions.”
