Greenhill Capital Partners aims to achieve long-term capital appreciation with targeted middle-market investments across various focus industries. About GCP Greenhill Capital Partners (“GCP”) was founded in 2000 and currently manages two private equity funds which have raised $1.3 billion in capital. Approximately 25% of the capital comes from Greenhill & Co and its employees. GCP focuses primarily on investments in financial services, energy and telecommunications industries. GCP generally makes controlling or influential minority investments of $10 million to $100 million in companies with enterprise values of $50 million to $1 billion.
